About Charlotte Lesser
Charlotte Lesser was the primary founder of the Manhattan Beach Neighborhood Watch program in 1981. It is a major factor in the reduction of residential burglary in the city and is considered one of the best Neighborhood Watch programs in the country.
Charlotte has received many awards, including Citizen of the year in Manhattan Beach, and Citizen of the year for the South Bay. Charlotte has been chosen as “Woman of the Year” for Los Angeles County and presently serves as chairperson for the Los Angeles County Commission for Women.
