Founder of Ayax Systems Inc., a web development firm that specializes in Custom Decision Systems, helping consumers in the US and Latin America select products and services through online interactive tools. In 2009 his company launched Let Simon Decide, a free service and decision laboratory, that has assisted more than twenty thousand users through multiple personal decisions. Prior to founding Ayax Systems, Ricardo was Sr. Director of Strategic Sales Planning at Mattel Inc., leading global retail initiatives in the US, Latin America, and Asia.
